DELIVERIES

We deliver all over the world.

UK & Ireland:
• Delivery is free of charge
• Overnight express delivery is charged at £5 (order before noon, Monday – Friday only, excluding UK and Ireland Bank Holidays)

Rest of Europe:
• Delivery outside of UK and Ireland is charged at £18.

Rest of the World:
• Delivery to the rest of the world (excluding UK, Ireland and Europe) is calculated at checkout.

Please note that certain countries may charge extra importing fees.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return, assuming they are returned unworn, complete with all original items including tags, presentation box and button box, and in original and resalable condition (dirty/overly creased returns will not be accepted).

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund, or refuse return and send item back to customer.

Items purchased at Sands & Hall must be returned or exchanged via our website and online Customer Care representatives, who will provide you with the return shipping address. Customer Care can be reached via customercare@sandsandhall.com

If your item arrives damaged, does not fit you or is not as described, contact us within 5 business days (M-F) of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it. Please note that you will have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to qualify for a refund.

Additional Points

• For your security, please return your item with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Please ship with tracking, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by shipping carriers.
• All items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition
• Any worn, washed, soiled, altered, or customer damaged items will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.

INVENTORY

When placing orders customers will be provided with stock availability information, if the item is due to come into stock an estimated delivery time will be given.

In circumstances when garments are unavailable after they have been ordered, the customer shall by informed by email within five working days of order confirmation.

Photographs of garments are as accurate as possible. Of course, screen colours and resolutions vary so the photographs are of no contractual value. Customers are therefore advised to contact customercare@sandsandhall.com if they have any doubts or queries.

Pricing and descriptions may be changed at any point without prior notice being given.

PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to sandsandhall.com

Payments are securely processed and we do not retain credit of debit card details.
