Delivery to UK & EU countries is free of charge.
Delivery to international is charged at the rate for that country.
Please be advised: Certain countries may charge extra importing fees


Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return, assuming they are returned unworn, complete with all original items including tags, presentation box and button box, and in original and resalable condition (dirty/overly creased returns will not be accepted).

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund, or refuse return and send item back to customer.

Items purchased at Sands & Hall must be returned or exchanged via our website and online Customer Care representatives, who will provide you with the return shipping address. Customer Care can be reached via customercare@sandsandhall.com

If your item arrives damaged, does not fit you or is not as described, contact us within 5 business days (M-F) of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it. Please note that you will have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to qualify for a refund.

    • For your security, please return your item with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Please ship with tracking, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by shipping carriers.
    • All items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition
    • Any worn, washed, soiled, altered, or customer damaged items will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and JCB cards.

You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to ‘Log In’ and review the amount shown before clicking ‘Pay Now’. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to sandsandhall.com

Do you offer a repairs service?

We offer a repair service up to a year from the date of purchase. For further information please email customercare@sandsandhall.com

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number to track your package.
