UK & Ireland:

We offer a free shipping service with tracking for any address in the UK & Ireland on orders over £150/€170. For orders under £150/€170 a shipping fee of £10/€12 applies. Delivery is typically within 2-3 days with DPD.

Orders to the rest of Europe are charged at £18/€20.

Orders to the rest of the world are sent with Royal Mail Signed and are typically delivered within 3-7 Days. Shipping fee is calculated at checkout for orders over £150/€170. For orders under £150 a shipping fee of £20/€23 applies.

Try your purchases on in the comfort of your own home and if you need to send them back, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to request an exchange or return.

Assuming they are returned unworn, complete with all original items including tags, presentation box and button box, and in original and resalable condition (dirty/overly creased returns will not be accepted).

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund, or refuse return and send item back to customer.

If your item arrives damaged, does not fit you or is not as described, contact us within 5 business days (M-F) of receiving the item and we will gladly replace it.

Please note that you will have 14 days from the date your package is delivered to qualify for a full refund (excluding any shipping) or exchange.

  • For your security, please return your item with an insured courier and retain your receipt. Please ship with tracking, we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by shipping carriers.
  • All items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition
  • Any worn, washed, soiled, altered, or customer damaged items will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund issued.

Can I change or amend my order once it has been placed?

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.

However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.
